About

At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing. I see therapy as a form of wayfinding—a process of navigating life’s terrain by listening to the present, learning from the past, and opening to future possibilities.

As an accredited Psychotherapist, my approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating Process-Oriented Psychology, Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Anthroposophy, and Family Constellations.

I will listen to you and work hard to understand what is going on for you. Together we can explore both the challenges you face and the inner resources and strengths that can guide your journey.

If you are ready to take the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life, I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey.
