Loneliness Wayfinding: Loneliness and mental health challenges touch us all, often mingling with trauma and a sense of isolation. Unprocessed, these can disrupt daily life, work, and relationships. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to integrate these experiences and find renewed strength in moving forward.
Attachment Therapy: Relationships often bring both joy and difficulty. Through a blend of process-oriented psychology and attachment-based approaches, we work to deepen mutual understanding and cultivate a sense of secure, authentic connection.
Trauma Therapy: Your safety is the foundation. We identify triggers and establish self-care strategies to manage trauma effectively. Within this secure framework, we carefully explore the edges of your experience, always staying within a “window of tolerance” that respects your emotional boundaries.
